Vishanth is an industry veteran where he has held leadership positions at Adani Solar, Vikram Solar and grew the company from scratch to multi- GW level organizations. Vishanth holds Masters from UNSW and has extensive knowledge on Solar Cell , Module manufacturing. Vishanth has been in the Indian Solar industry for last 14 years and has tremendous knowledge in aiding small scale manufacturers to become larger manufacturers.  He has personally produced under his tutelage over 15GW of solar PV Modules and supplied over 5GW of solar PV modules to the US and has tremendous skills on Financing , bankability , Insurance , and Operations of large scale solar PV Power Plants.  Vishanth after his stint at Adani, wants to aid smaller MW manufacturers in scaling up to large GW Factories , and contributing to Make in India.

Jeya is an production/operation leader in the industry and has worked hands on in developing large factories of Lanco , TATA , Adani , Moserbaer in his previous stints. He has built super large factories in short notices and has an enviable track record in building it in shortest time frame. Jeya offers tremendous knowledge and training impartation skills to the new upcoming managers and general managers in designing and operating new tools / equipments of solar cells and module lines. He has the record for producing the maximum number of cells and modules in a single day, week , year in Indian solar circles.
